This year we have approved and are supporting a new project in Peru.  The Primera Iglesia Evangelica Metodista de Lima has been providing school kits for children of low-income families in an area of town where they are working and doing outreach in a mission point.  The demand continues to grow each year and the committee decided to help cover the cost of school kits for 20 school children.  We believe this project and ministry will continue to grow.  This church is also receiving training materials in Spanish for Lay Speaking courses, books in Spanish on spiritual growth, as well as material from the General Board of Discipleship.
